What is TrainTool?

Updated on

TrainTool is an online tool that can help students when they want to train their communication skills. With TrainTool, large groups of students can practice their conversation skills through Smart Video Role Play.

Students are presented with a certain situation in a video. They then record their reaction to this situation via a laptop or mobile phone, which they can practice until they are satisfied. They then share the recording with lecturers and/or fellow students, who can then give feedback. Based on the feedback, the student can choose to record an improved version of the conversation.

Practicing can be done on a desktop as well as on a mobile phone or tablet via the app.
