Easier searching in the Question Library

When adding questions to a quiz, you can now search more easily by collection and question type in the Question Library.

Adding web lectures

It is now easier to add recordings of web lectures that you own to the content. Read more here.

Portflow

New way to view collections

As well as the list view, collections can now also be displayed in a card view.

Insight into sharing templates

Template creators can more easily share a template with students in a course and see how many students the template is being shared with. Students receive a notification in Brightspace and via email when a template is shared with them.

Selecting targets for a snapshot

When creating a snapshot, you can now also select goals as a starting point, in addition to collections.

Description of the rubric scale

When selecting a rubric for a progress review, students can also view the description of the rubric scale. This gives them further information on how the programme or lecturer intends the scale to be used.

Attachments to goals

Template creators can link files to goals in the Goal Repository. Students can then view these files.

Progress review template

Template creators can set up a progress review template in advance and share it with students. This saves students time and ensures greater consistency in the review questions.
