Longer award names

The names and descriptions of awards can now be up to twice as long as before. Read more about using awards here.

Sharing individual pieces of evidence

You can now share single pieces of evidence and ask for feedback. This means you no longer need to share your entire portfolio or a collection. This is useful when you want feedback on one of your files. Go to the relevant piece of evidence (via a collection or My evidence). Click on the three dots to the right of the title and select 'Share evidence'.

Snippets: providing structure

Template builders can now create a text format (snippet) that can be applied within an activity or assignment of the Free text type. This text format offers students more guidance and structure when drafting, for example, a reflection report. When students import the template, the pre-set text format is loaded within the relevant activity, allowing them to get started immediately with a structured layout.

A snippet can also be shared with students via a code. They can use that code to import a pre-structured text into a Free text-type piece of evidence.

Progress review of sub-goals

You can now also request feedback on the sub-goals of the main goal in your feedback request.
