MemoryLab is a tool that allows students to learn ready knowledge (such as concepts, procedures and formulas). This tool replaces Cerego. With MemoryLab, you can add online training courses to the course content in Brightspace and connect these courses to the gradebook. Read more about MemoryLab in the manuals (In Dutch, English will be available soon). 

In Portflow, you can add a Brightspace assignment as evidence. It was already the case that feedback from a teacher was also imported. Now this also applies to a rubric that is linked to the assignment. 

It is now possible to connect your OneDrive to Portflow. This means you can upload files to Portflow directly from OneDrive. 

Portflow has a new feature (Activities) that is useful when creating templates. Activities are 'placeholders' where students can upload their evidence. You can give the activity a title and description and link it to one or more goals. This will then automatically be placed in the right place in the collection if the student links a piece of evidence to the activity. You can use this to clarify which evidence you expect from a student. Read more about activities in the manual Working with collections and activities. 

Portflow is the replacement for ePortfolio. The ePortfolio tool will therefore be switched off. This will be done in phases. From now on, ePortfolio is no longer visible in the navigation bar in Brightspace courses, except for the courses in which ePortfolio is still being used. You can still access ePortfolio via the Brightspace homepage. From January 25, 2025, ePortfolio will no longer be usable and will no longer be visible at all in Brighstpace. .
