Starting up the equipment
When you enter the lecture hall, the touch screen is switched off (black).
1. Activate the touchscreen
Touch the screen with your finger. You will now see the start screen (Screen 1).
2. Start up the equipment
Touch the screen once more to start the equipment in the room
3. Check the start-up status
Once the equipment has fully booted up, Screen 2 will appear and the system will be ready for use.

Use of the equipment
1. Wireless (please note: this is not available in all rooms)
Select this button if you wish to use the wireless system. The button will light up blue when selected.
2. Using a laptop (USB-C)
Select this button if you are using a laptop connected via a USB-C connector.
3. Using the whiteboard
Select this button if you wish to use the digital whiteboard.
4. Using a laptop (HDMI)
Select this button if you are using a laptop connected via an HDMI connector.
5. Multiview
Select this button if you want to display a multi-view on the projector. The last selected source (USB-C or HDMI) is displayed on the left and the whiteboard is displayed on the right.
6. Reduce media volume.
Turn down the volume on your laptop.
7. Increase media volume.
Turn up the volume on your laptop.
8. Mute media volume
Mute the volume of your connected laptop.
9. Administrator menu
This menu is only accessible to audiovisual services.
10. Picture mute
Press this button to hide the image from the fixed PC or your laptop. The image will no longer be displayed on the projector or in the web lecture recording.
11. Stop projection
This switches off the projector, while the other equipment continues to function.
12. Switching off equipment
Press this button to switch off the entire system. All equipment will be switched off and will no longer be usable.
13. Light
Press this button to select a light preset.
14. Lectern microphone mute
Mute the volume of the lectern microphone..
15. Media volume indicator
Indicates the current volume of media.
