How do I navigate through marking?

  1. Coordinator: in this tab you can see all assessments for which you are coordinator.
  2. Assess: in this tab you can see all assessments for which you are a marker.
  3. Results: in this tab you will see the results of the students for which the results have been submitted.
  4. Rescoring: in this tab you can apply rescoring of questions per assessment.
  5. Candidate review: in this tab you can schedule the candidate reviews.
  6. Audit: in this tab you can find all published results and to which you have been granted the right to view.

Coordinator

  1. The title of the assessment.
  2. The code of the assessment.
  3. The assessment type, summative of formative.
  4. The starting time of the schedule.
  5. The ending time of the schedule.
  6. The hierarchy to which the schedule belongs.
  7. The assessment status of the marking.
  8. To search you can type the title or the code here.

Assess

  1. The title of assessment.
  2. The code of assessment.
  3. The assessment type, summative or formative.
  4. Date and time of last submission .
  5. The status of the marking proces.
  6. To search you can type the title or the code here.

Results

  1. The name of the candidate
  2. The username of the candidate
  3. The form which the student was presented with during the assessment.
  4. The name of the schedule.
  5. The hierarchy to which the schedule is attached.
  6. The date and time the student handed in the assessment.
  7. The result: satisfactory or not satisfactory.
  8. The score of the candidate.
  9. The grade of the candidate.
  10. The button to publish the results, after the marking process has been completed.
  11. Select the correct view to see the results.

Rescoring

  1. The title of the schedule.
  2. The title of the assessment.
  3. The hierarchy to which the schedule is linked.
  4. the date and time the schedule was last planned.
  5. Percentage passed.
  6. Filter to choose between Not rescored and rescored.

Candidate review

Here you can setup the review of the assessments for students and publish it. Please ask your Faculty Coordinator Digital Assessments for more information on this topic.

Audit

  1. The name of the candidate.
  2. The username of the candidate.
  3. The title of the schedule
  4. The form which the student was presented with during the assessment.
  5. The hierarchy to which the schedule is linked.
  6. The date and time the student handed in the assessment.
  7. The result: satisfactory or not satisfactory.
  8. The score of the candidate.
  9. The grade of the candidate.
  10. The date and time the results were published.
  11. The button which will allow you to export the results.
