In-class (evaluation with evaluation code) |
Invitation (evaluation via email) |
---|---|
The teacher uses class time to let the students evaluate with an evaluation code. The students will not receive messages from Evalytics. | Students receive an invitation and reminders for an evaluation from Evalytics. You do not have to take any action because this is arranged through the administration of your faculty. |
When? When the teacher plans an in-class evaluation moment. |
When? When there cannot be an in-class evaluation moment, or when the study does not want to put an extra burden on the teacher. |
Why? To gather the most responses. It is also possible for the teacher to use the teacher app to generate the evaluation code and track the response and results live. This makes it easier to get direct feedback. |
Why? Because it is not always possible to do a collective evaluation. In some cases it can be useful if the student is allowed to choose the moment of evaluation. Evalytics will send reminders to the student to relieve the teacher of this task. |
